At Grandview, we want to see the whole church involved in the lives of our children--to support their spiritual growth, engage them in age-appropriate service opportunities, and connect them with each other and with adults in the church.
We do this through a mix of age-specific and intergenerational programs. Those programs include Sunday school, kids worship, and small groups.
Birth-Third Grade
Designed with your kiddos in mind, each child is taught in a secure and age-appropriate environment. Our desire is to create a warm and safe place for your children to form friendships, ask questions, and know that they are unique and valued.
Buffalo Campus Sunday Mornings
On Sunday mornings in Kids' Camp, kids are divided into age-appropriate classes where kids can move and groove while worshiping God. They explore stories from the Bible and questions about faith alongside trusted adults and kids their own age in a safe and fun environment.
Cityview Campus Sunday Mornings
On Sunday mornings we offer teaching and activity time for young kids (birth-3rd grade) at 9:30 and 11:00 AM. Kids are dropped off in their age-appropriate classroom before service and picked up after service.
Fourth-Sixth Grades
Crew456 (Grades 4, 5, 6) is a children's ministry that meets Sundays during worship service and Sunday evenings as a youth group. The ministry is lead by volunteers who focus on learning about the Bible, sharing in experiences that strengthen friendships, and also serving the Grandview community.
On Sunday mornings, Crew456 kids are invited to worship with their families at 9:30 or 11:00 and attend a Sunday School class designed specially for them during the other service.
On Sunday mornings, Crew456 kids are invited to worship with their families at 9:30 or 11:00 at the Cityview Campus and then join the other Grandview Crew456 kids for Sunday School at the Buffalo Campus during the other service.
Sunday Nights
On Sunday nights, Crew456 kids meet in Canopies (small groups) to serve our community and have fun! Small groups meet most Sunday evenings, 5:00-6:30pm at the Buffalo Campus.
7th-12th Grades
Sunday Mornings
On Sunday mornings, our 7th-12th graders are encouraged to attend adult worship at either campus. At 11am, we host an inter-campus Sunday school time to reflect on what we've learned during worship. This is a chance for youth to cultivate relationships with their peers and trusted adults while exploring questions about faith. Students from both campuses attend this Sunday school class, hosted in the Student Lounge at the Buffalo Campus.
Sunday Nights
Canopies for youth are inter-campus small groups divided by age and gender and led by an intergenerational team of adults in our church. Canopies are weekly throughout the school year on Sunday nights from 5-6:30pm.
Wednesday Nights
Youth Wednesday Nights are an inter-campus gathering of a combination of discussion groups, service projects, games, dinner, activities and worship. Wednesday Nights are weekly throughout the school year from 5:30-7:30pm.
